Marine equipment lifesaving totally enclosed solas lifeboats

Totally enclosed solas lifeboats is launched by gravity luffing arm type davit or platform davit,  protect the safety of passenger on  the platform and vessel. It is safe and reliable, easy to operate and repair. The design and the manufacturing are complied with the newest standards and rules of SOLAS and the LSA code.


1. Design Basis
Totally enclosed lifeboats has been designed and manufactured in accordance with LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCE CODE MSC.218(82)&MSC.272(85) and tested in accordance with MSC. 81(70) and its amendments MSC.226(82) &MSC.274(85)

The Totally enclosed lifeboats will be launched and recovered by the gravity davit. The helmsman inside can launch the boat through the control wire. For convenient boarding, two side doors are provided as the embarking way.

3. Material
3.1 The hull is constructed by hand lay up with G.R.P. material. The hull and the deck are separately laminated . The space between the hull and the deck is filled with polyurethane foam as buoyancy.
3.2 All mats , woven roving and resins applied on boat is accompanied by classification society certificates
3.3 All fittings on this boat are made of stainless steel, marine grade aluminum or galvanized steel. In order to increase the boat's corrosion-resistant performance.

4. Test and Certification
Before delivery, every boat will be tested according to our production test program in our shipyard in presence of the corresponding surveyors and then the boat certification will be issued.
