Water filled weight testing bag is designed with 6:1 safety factor at least.

The water bag is designed that the lifting set isseparate from the bag. The liftingset comprise several elements which share the load. The number and disposition of the webbing elements is such tha the failure of an one  webbing element will not in failure of the lifting set nor cause a local overload of the bag.  The material and construction of the bag is such that in the even of accident rupture, it will resist propagation of the tear so as to minimise the rate at which water is discharged.
