The new air breathing apparatus alarm is designed according to MSC.339(91) requirements.
Used for breathing apparatus cylinder pressure warning. This design combines pressure gauge and Electronic sound with light together. When the cylinder pressure reduces to 5.5+/-0.5Mpa, the warning will continue beep, and with red, white light flashing. Compare with traditional alarm system, this design have sound alarm, light alarm at same time. It also will have different indicate when the pressure is different. So, it can ensure the user safety and evacuation.
This product with a small volume, easy to operate, and with a good ant-explosive.

Operation manual:
1.ON/OFF
Press the power key, indicator lights activate, electronic sound and light alarm under working condition..
Electronic alarm system with automatic on/off function, when the air pressure inside the cylinder pressure more than 2MPa, open the cylinder valve, electronic alarm automatically turns into working condition.
2, shutdown
Shutdown requires a long press the power key 3 seconds to prevent unintended closed.
Before shutdown, should release high pressure tube residual gas. If the system pressure is more than 2MPa, the alarm automatically in working condition and cannot be turned off.
3, alarm status
When the cylinder pressure falls within 5.5 ± 0.5MPa, the electronic alarm buzzer continuous beeping sound more than 90dB, at same time, the four LED lights with white flash, the power light flashes red.
 
4, the other display state
a.       pressure indicator
When the pressure is more than 10MPa, pressure indicator is green without flash;
When the pressure is more than 6MPa less than 10MPa, indicator is yellow without flash;
When the pressure is less than 6MPa, pressure indicator is flashing red light.
b.        Battery indicator
When the battery is only 20% of the total electricity consumption, power supply voltage indicator (yellow) , turns to light.
